1. About the Service

itfast.eu is an AI microservices marketplace offering 100+ specialized tools for document conversion, lead response, data processing, and more. Each tool runs on its own subdomain and can be used through our web interface or integrated via our REST API.

2. Accounts

To use paid features, you must create an account. We offer two account types:

• Consumer (Particulier) — for individual users. Prices include 21% BTW (VAT). You will receive receipts for purchases.
• Business (Zakelijk) — for registered businesses. You must provide a valid KvK number. EU businesses with a valid VAT number may qualify for reverse-charge (0% VAT). You will receive formal invoices.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

Tools on itfast.eu are paid for with credits. There are two types of credits:

• Subscription credits — included in your monthly plan. Unused subscription credits roll over to the next billing cycle. Subscription credits are non-refundable.
• Purchased credits — bought separately. These credits never expire and remain in your account until used.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.

4. Free Plan

New users receive 5 free credits upon registration, without requiring a credit card. Free credits can be used on any tool costing 1 credit. Free credits are one-time and do not replenish. After free credits are used, further use requires a paid plan. Free credit availability may change without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt prompt injection, jailbreaking, or other manipulation of AI tool behavior
• Use the tools to generate illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or deceptive content
• Resell tool outputs as an automated service without prior written agreement
• Share or distribute your API keys to unauthorized parties
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or security measures

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your content — you own the inputs you provide and the outputs generated by the tools. We do not claim ownership of your data.
• Our platform — the itfast.eu platform, brand, tools, user interface, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Specifically:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability
• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use
• We are not liable for decisions made based on tool outputs

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data is retained only as required by law (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
