Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason. This cooling off period applies to digital services purchased by consumers (particulier accounts).
If you have already used the purchased credits or actively used your subscription during the cooling off period, you agree that the right of withdrawal is waived to the extent the service has been consumed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the directive.
