Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction without giving a reason. This cooling off period applies to digital services purchased by consumers (particulier accounts).

If you have already used the purchased credits or actively used your subscription during the cooling off period, you agree that the right of withdrawal is waived to the extent the service has been consumed, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the directive.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard
  • After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time within the current period
  • Subscription credits (the monthly credits included in your plan) are non-refundable. Unused credits roll over to the next month

3. Purchased Credits

  • Purchased credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been used
  • Used credits cannot be refunded
  • If only part of a credit purchase has been used, the remaining unused credits may be refunded
  • Purchased credits never expire and remain available in your account until used or refunded

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

Please include your account email address and the transaction details (date and amount) in your request.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Credits already consumed (used for tool executions)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
